| Well, what can I say? It's been a very long time since I've played this very fun, and addictive game! Being a child at the time, it was very important that a game be fun, entertaining and had the ability to keep me playing it for a while, and this game was excellent for that. The game isn't really a game, it's more of a computer based jugsaw puzzle, which boasts 15 different pictures that can be scrambled and put back together. There are different levels of difficulty, and it's measured by the number of pieces that need to be put back together - you can have between 4 and 64 pieces, which makes it ideal for people of a varying age group.Once you've selected the puzzle and the number of pieces, you are presented with a blank board with the jigsaw pieces cut out. To the right of the screen is a menu, which allows you to (from top to bottom) change the puzzle, change the number of pieces, view the pieces, see how long you've been playing (if you have the timer enabled) and exit.By clicking on the icon of a single puzzle piece, which is found about half way down the menu, you are able to then see all the pieces that you can use. Once you have selected a piece with the mouse, then you get to put it into place. It's quite easy to use, so it was perfect for little kids to play with because all you need to do is click the piece in the right area, but it doesn't have to be perfectly lined up :)The pictures can be printed if you have a printer installed on your computer, and also additional pictures can be loaded in if you get sick of the 15 that come with it.Overall this is a very fun and educational game, which had me hooked as a kid. I don't mind telling you though, even at 18 this game is still pretty fun :)Have fun!By David (Formerly 'Metal Painkiller') |
